Designers haven’t compromised on quality or beauty on account of the remoteness of its location. Interiors are made as wonderful as its exterior. Wooden floors concrete walls curtains and amazing furnishing altogether give a luxurious living experience.
Previously a major portion of the house was constructed using wood. It was later replaced with stone and concrete with a little wooden slab in walls and roof. The renovation has found space for a new guest house and pool. The new structure erected with ample reinforcement to resist tectonic shifts and earthquakes.
The basic layout for this residence resembles that of the Carl Fisher Estate completed in 1926 broadly split into three sections – main house guest pavilion and service section. The main house is composed of living rooms bedrooms and a glass ventilated area giving an unobstructed view to beautiful large pool and the lagoon lying close to the house.
The wooden floors and grey colored rugs keep its interiors warm all through the year. Intermittent black and white leather cushion sets and the contemporary artifacts hung from the white wall impart artistic appeal to this apartment.

The house built as a sequence of the nearby Nettleton 195 gets its design from Cape Town based studio SAOTA aka Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects.
