Spread over an area of more than 17000 sq ft this residence is more like a palace. Carlos Prio-Touzet and Jacqueline Gonzalez of Touzet Studio are the designers who conceptualized its architecture and the project was completed in October 2008.
Indirect lighting and a light but luxurious atmosphere proved to be the perfect choice for the Sea Shell Residence on Israel’s Mediterranean coast. The interiors of this impressive 7,500 square foot contemporary residence were created by Israel-based studio Lanciano Design. Looking at each of the spaces, a common characteristic of the interiors seems to be the elegant, open spaces filled with ambient lights that create a changing atmosphere.
Main living room is flanked by magnificent sitting room and a spacious dining room. The house is crammed with a range of spectacular furniture carved out of teak and expensive imported woods. You would see spectacularly designed artistic furniture cushions and tables right from the living room to the most oblivious kitchen.
Just outside the bedroom the swimming pool invites dwellers for a swim from the first morning sun ray and can be used all year round thanks to solar collectors on the roof which heat the water constantly. Sounds pretty much like a vacation retreat right?
The Hasharon House is one of Sharon Neuman Architects‘ projects – a modern residence located in Israel. Spreading over 2200 square foot the Hasharon House is home to a young family and their three children so all the interior and exterior spaces were designed to mirror this and offer each inhabitant personal spaces they can enjoy.
Designed to meet the needs of one family the western half of the duplex displays a floor plan made out of many rooms. A circular staircase joins the levels in this side.
Previously a major portion of the house was constructed using wood. It was later replaced with stone and concrete with a little wooden slab in walls and roof. The renovation has found space for a new guest house and pool. The new structure erected with ample reinforcement to resist tectonic shifts and earthquakes.
