Alexander Brenner Architects designed an interesting residential construction in which two villas share the same facade. Each of the constructions has their own floor plan and atmosphere. The only things connecting them are the shared front facade and staircase.

The Nettleton 199 project partner Greg Truen states the task was to create a building which would give a maximum view of the sea and to create a garden beside the mountain located near the site. They also wanted minimal exposure to the neighboring buildings. The residence overlooks the Atlantic Ocean to the west and its design gives prime-most importance to privacy such that it offers least vision to neighboring houses.

The house appears to be a brilliant option from an economical point of view. It utilizes every scope for natural methods of power conservation like natural cross ventilation a geo-thermal heating and cooling system and the double-paneled roof. These facilities ensure cool and nice living for residents in this house. Also energy charges could be trimmed down significantly.

Architectural studio Moon Hoon with offices in Seoul designed an angled residential retreat in Korea. Featuring a distinct facade shaped out of several angled volumes the Panorama House gathers vistas of the surroundings through different-sized windows that frame the views from each room in a new and creative way.The angled facade allows views from different perspectives and strongly connects the interiors to the surrounding suburb.

The extremely high ceilings in the living area make a roomy and grandiose statement. The hanging globe lamps accentuate this height even further. The flight of stairs with a landing is neatly placed against a wall that occupies a minimum of space allowing full use of the ground floor without a big visual intrusion.

Located in a windy landscape it offers a warm stay around the year. Full height glass walls bring exterior into interior of this house. The exterior of this landlocked location is blessed with beautiful natural terrain- hills valleys and marvelous façade.
