Alexander Brenner Architects designed an interesting residential construction in which two villas share the same facade. Each of the constructions has their own floor plan and atmosphere. The only things connecting them are the shared front facade and staircase.
By choosing a color palette that would compliment the surroundings, the architects dissolved the boundaries between indoors and outdoors and prolonged the dynamic coastline inside. In 1995 this building caught fire and was damaged. Since then it has been under the surveillance of the municipal authority.
